We are a community of individuals dedicated to supporting each other on our journey to recovery from Substance Use Disorder. We believe that with the right support, knowledge, and tools, anyone can achieve lasting recovery and live a fulfilling life.
At Life Changing Pathways, you will find a wealth of resources to help you on your journey. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) is available to help you design your own personal recovery plan, set goals and help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. A CRS is an individual with lived experience in their own recovery.
